Was nervous about the waterproofing claims but it survived two heavy rainstorms without a single issue. Still charging, still zapping, still turning on automatically every night. Built really well. Much better quality than I expected for the price.
Took this on a 4-day camping trip and it was the best decision. Charged it the first day in the sun and it ran all 4 nights without needing a recharge. No mosquitoes in the tent area at all. Lightweight enough to pack easily. Buying a second one for home.
I have two big dogs and was worried about chemical zappers. This one is completely chemical-free and the grid is fully enclosed so there's no risk. My dogs sniff around it and it doesn't bother them at all. Works great and I feel good about using it around them.
Really happy with this overall. Works exactly as described. One thing to note — it needs a spot with good direct sunlight to get a full charge. I moved mine from a shaded area to full sun and it's been running perfectly all night every night since. Solid product.
